Applications

• Open Positions Become Available: by first week of winter quarter
• Applications Due:
  • 11:59 PM, Sunday, January 25, 2026 - pre-designed internships
  • 11:59 PM, Tuesday, February 3, 2026 - self-arranged internships

Review Process

• Stanford Selection teams and Host Organizations review applications and conduct interviews: February and March 2026
• Applications ranked as finalists by Stanford selection teams will be forwarded to host organizations to make the final selection decision

Offers

• Host Organizations Confirm Offers: Late March 2026 (by end of spring break)
• Students' Deadline to Accept Offer: 2 days (48 hours) after host organization's offer.

Internship

• Summer Program dates: 6/15/26 - 8/7/26 for 8 weeks or alternative length and dates noted on the internship offer.
