Indiegogo Solutions - Indiegogo Solutions team provides a one-stop solution for crowdfunding campaigners. We offer a wide range of services including market research, branding strategy, video production, campaign page design, and content marketing.

Work description:

The role’s primary focus is to help Asia-based campaigns launch successfully on Indiegogo. You'll help clients adapt their marketing for a US audience, build strategies to be successful on Indiegogo, and hit their own financial targets.

You’ll be working on a handful of campaigns during your internship.

  • Help Asia-based campaigns launch successfully on Indiegogo.
  • Support companies launching products on Indiegogo by providing consultation and coordination on their product marketing.
  • Provide feedback for campaigners on their digital launch strategy, marketing assets, and copywriting.
  • Support Solutions team members in delivering key marketing services, including but not limited to product survey, user research, market research, backer survey, email marketing, copywriting, advertising strategy, video script and storyboard.
  • Assist in creating internal reports and external marketing materials for the team.
  • Increase portfolio clients’ campaign satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships.

Additional desired intern qualifications:

The ideal candidate has marketing-quality native fluency in English and a major Asian language (Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Japanese), has prior experience in marketing and/or account management. A strong writer, attention to details, takes ownership on projects, and enjoys being creative and having fun.
