Applications

  • Open Positions Become Available: by first week of winter quarter
  • Applications Due: 
    • 11:59 PM, Sunday, January 28, 2024 - pre-designed internships
    • 11:59 PM, Monday, February 5, 2024 - self-arranged internships*

*France Stanford pre-designed internships are due Feb. 5, 2024

Review Process

  • Stanford Selection teams and Host Organizations review applications and conduct interviews: February and March 2024
  • Applications ranked as finalists by Stanford selection teams will be forwarded to host organizations to make the final selection decision

Offers

  • Host Organizations Confirm Offers: March 2024 (by spring break)
  • Students' Deadline to Accept Offer: 2 days (48 hours) after host organization's offer.

Internship

  • Summer Program dates: 6/24/24 - 8/16/24 for 8 weeks or alternative length and dates noted on the internship offer.
