I have so much gratitude for this incredible experience of being immersed in another culture in the beautiful city of Tokyo, Japan while interning at Rogers Investment Advisors. Not only did I get to expand my global perspective so much, but I also learned a great deal about myself. 

As an economics major and rising junior, I have had a lot of questions about what career I want to pursue. Working in finance taught me so much about the industry and my professional strengths. 

However, even more enriching than that, was the chance to be overseas. Every single person I have told about my experience has expressed how lucky I am to have been there at this age. I climbed Mt. Fuji, visited the Izu Peninsula, went to a pig cafe, and built friendships with international students which I hope will last for life. Thank you for making this possible.
