Overview: New Business in Asia Driven by Climate-Tech and Sustainability

Please join us for the first session in our 30th Anniversary series with US-ATMC Director Dr. Richard Dasher as he provides an overview on new businesses in Asia driven by climate-tech and sustainability. The session also includes a special feature: Dr. Amit Kapoor, Honorary Chairman of the Institute for Competitiveness, India, will join the session to present recent findings on the economic impact of sustainability.

This program is part of a 10-week series on "Topics in International Technology Management: New Business in Asia Driven by Climate-Tech and Sustainability", which begin September 29, 2022 and continue weekly until December 8, 2022. Seminars will be held Thursdays, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM.  Throughout the series, we’ll have guest speakers from industry and academia present examples of problem-driven innovation for environmental sustainability, climate change amelioration and mitigation, ESG reporting, SDG targeting, and related topics. Focus is on present-day developments in Asia business, technology, and investing, along with their implications for Silicon Valley and the U.S.

Our seminars are being offered in a hybrid format and are open to the public in-person for the first time since 2019!
