About the Speaker
Tarun is an American lawyer and security analyst who served as Senior Director for Technology and National Security at the United States National Security Council in the Biden administration. He holds an IR B.A. from Stanford University, a M.Phil from University of Oxford, and a JD from Harvard Law School.
